This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information that we learn about you when you visit our web site, or when your childcare center provides us with information about you to service your account(s).

What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect?
In order to provide you with the products and services that you may request or authorize, we may collect personal information about you that is not available to the public. Personal information is information about you such as your name, account number, email address, and other similar information. Three sources of personal information about you that we may collect include information we receive from you on this web site, information we receive from your usage of the web site, and information we receive from your childcare centers.

Information we receive directly from you on this Web Site. We receive some information directly from you when you use our web site. For example, in order to use the features of our web site, you are required to complete a registration form. As part of the registration process, we collect your Tuition Express ID, which is an identification number given to you by your childcare center. We also collect the last four digits of your account number, a username, and password. If you optionally provide us with your email address, we also collect this information.

Information we receive from your usage of this Web Site. We collect some information about you from your use of our web site. For example, our web servers may automatically collect and store the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet and the “Internet protocol” (IP) address of your computer. Additionally, we may collect information about the browser software you use, the type of operating system your computer uses, the date and time you access our web site, a list of which pages on our site you visit, and the Internet address of the site you used to link to our site. We also may make use of a “cookie”, which is a small text file that contains characters and is sent to your computer when you visit our website, and which is sent to our web site when you visit it again. The cookie may store user preferences, information about your browser, and other identifying information.

Information we collect from your Childcare Center. We receive some information about you through your childcare center. In particular, we receive personal information about you through electronic transmissions from the ProCare Software used by the childcare center where you submitted a Parent Authorization Form. Information we gather from a childcare center is called information from a “nonaffiliated third party” because we are not “affiliated” with your childcare center. This means we are a separate company from your childcare center, and we do not control, are not controlled by, and are not under common control with your childcare center. However, your childcare center provides us information about you so that we may carry out your request to process a transaction. When you sign up for TuitionExpress with your childcare center, we are provided with your name, address and phone number, bank routing / transit number and bank account number, or credit card account number and expiration date.

How Do We Use The Information That We Collect About You?
It is our policy to treat your account information with complete confidentiality. We collect, retain, and use information about you only to help us provide the products and services that you have requested from us or from your childcare center. For example, we use your Tuition Express ID and the last 4 digits of your account number to uniquely identify you when you visit our web site so that we may provide you with the transactions associated with your particular account. We collect your bank routing / transit number and bank account number, or your credit card account number and expiration date so that we may enter a debit or credit to your account as you have authorized your childcare center to conduct. We also collect this information so that you may view your payment history, verify the amounts, and send you receipts and other notifications that you may request.

We collect information about your computer, operating system and browser in an effort to ensure that our web pages will appear and function appropriately on your computer. We collect information about the Internet address of the site you used to link to our site so we may better determine which site referred you to our site.

Additional ways we may use your information include the following:

• to respond to any requests you may have about your account or a transaction;
• to personalize your access to our web site;
• to conduct our own analyses and research to improve our programs, products, services, and content;
• to contact you regarding your account or to provide you with information concerning our services that may be of interest to you;

What Information Do We Disclose To Others About You?
We only use information about you to provide the products and services that you have specifically requested. If we do make a disclosure, we will only disclose your personal information to the specific entity that is involved in a particular transaction. For example: we may disclose personal information to a credit card processor about a specific payment transaction only if you have authorized your childcare center to make such a payment.
2. We may find it necessary to disclose your non-public personal information in order to comply with a government agency or court order. Tuition Express will only disclose your personal information to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
3. We may disclose your non-public personal information to other sources if you give us your written permission to do so.

How Do We Protect The Information We Collect About You?
The childcare centers that gather your personal information may enter that information into our software program called ProCare. The information is encrypted, and then electronically transmitted to Tuition Express in a safe and secure format.

All non-public personal information is converted to 128 bit encryption prior to transmittal and storage.

Additionally, all bank related information is masked so that no ProCare user can view critical bank information. Tuition Express’ technology encrypts (scrambles) and masks your account information so it would be very difficult for anyone other than Tuition Express to read it.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures to safeguard your non-public personal information. Access to such information is restricted to employees who are trained in the proper handling of personal information. We update and test our technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to assure the integrity of that information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures and special training programs. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy practices.

Third parties that provide support to us may also have access to your personal information while they are carrying out these services. However, we require any third party working with us to maintain strict confidentiality standards, and prohibit the third parties with sharing that information with any other third party.

How Can You Access Your Information?
We created the Tuition Express service as a convenience to you to access online your transactions and account history. By creating an account and following the instructions on the web site, you can access your personal information and see your transactions history.

Can We Guarantee Your Personal Information Will Never Be Compromised?
Unfortunately, we can not make such a guarantee. You should know that no Internet transmission is ever 100% secure. Further, while we employ reasonable measures to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not defeat those measures or use non-public personal information for improper purposes. Nevertheless, we value your business and have adopted this Privacy Policy and have undertaken the described security measures as an endeavor to respect your privacy and to keep your personal information confidential.
